South of Lake Geneva, in the far east of France in the department of Haute-Savoie in the central Chablais are many climbing areas. These offer single pitches, multi-pitches, bouldering and via ferrata. Daniel Perret-Jeanneret has taken the time to compile these climbing opportunities in this guide. 24 areas, located at Lac Léman (Lake Geneva), in the Vallée de Bellevaux as well as in the Vallée d'Aulps, are presented. On further pages a few via ferratas are described. In addition, on the last pages of the book you will find information about health risks of climbing and their prevention, among others. The topos in the climbing guide are presented graphically. The layouts are simple but purposeful. The difficulty levels are mainly French 6s and 7s. Above and below it goes, but less frequently.
