The format and layout of the climbing guidebook for Uskedalen and
Eikedalen correspond to those of a folder. This is practical because of  the length of the climbing routes (2 to 18 pitches, up to
900 climbing meters) So you can simply take the required topo with you and the rest of the book remains in the camp.
The routes presented are alpine multi-pitch routes, so it is a good idea to understand Norwegian for the purpose or to study the dictionary intensively in preparation for a route

 In the new edition there are also introductory words in English
to the areas as well as a glossary of the most important terms in Norwegian / English on the first pages of the guide. All routes are described in their individual pitches and illustrated with topos.
Supporting symbols, maps and GPS data are provided. 78 routes in
Uskedalen, 53 routes in Eikedalen and a handful of sport climbing routes in Hjortegryta want to be climbed. The difficulties are
mainly in the 5 and 6 grade of the norw. scale. Magnificent tours in
magnificent surroundings!
