The area around the highest mountain in Provence, Mt. Ventoux, is a prime destination for (hard) climbers. In this edition, all routes of the areas Saint Léger du Ventoux, Hautes Gorges du Toulourenc, Basses Gorges du Toulourenc and Notre Dame des Anges are covered.
The approach to the areas as well as the location of the sectors are shown on clear sketches and photos. The topos are colored (according to their difficulty) on photos. Pictograms describe the number of routes in each sector, the necessary rope length, the orientation of the sector - the wall, the sunshine duration, the preferred season, as well as the family and therefore the children's suitability.
The routes are rated in the French scale and you will feel pleasure climbing only if you are in the French. Grade 7 and 8 on the way.
