The new edition of the climbing guide Escalade en Isère describes routes in the areas Vallées de Grenobles, Chartreuse and Nord Isère. The individual spots are very different, for example, by the number of routes it becomes clear (very small areas with 6 routes to areas with 347 routes). Of course, there are single-rope and multi-pitch areas, with the short sport ones in the majority. The climbing areas are mostly nestled in beautiful scenic surroundings and sometimes allow for long and deep views.
The climbing guide scores well with good descriptions of the areas / routes / how to get to the area, very good brief overview of the area, QR codes for parking, good location photos and solid color photopos.
